Returns & Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our priority and concern. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please email us and instructions will be given to you on postage of the product with your receipt within 14 days of the purchase. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products more suited to you from our Ava Kensington range. If you do not wish to have a like for like product exchange, we would be happy to give you a shop credit credit toward one of our other products from all collections. Product must be in new condition. Shipping returns are at the customers expense.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Please note that we require 72 hours (except weekends) on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
